Your not alone. Luckily you found a group of women in the same boat as you! This is a nonjudgemental space where we can come together with our babies to meet our fitness goals.
Classes are very beginner friendly and target core and pelvic floor strengthening.



My baby wont sit still
My baby is super crazy! I wont be able to work out with them.
I think every mom who attends our classes have had this same fear. These classes were designed with your unpredictable baby in mind. As long as playtime remains kind your baby is free to explore as you exercise.
If you need to step out for a moment, don't worry! Typically there is plenty of time spent on one muscle to allow for breaks such as these.
I cant make it to class
Sick baby? Bad day? Life happens...
Please do not attend class if you or your baby are not feeling well.
We are all really on our baby's schedule. If something comes up and you cant make it- don't worry! I kindly ask that you let me know via email or Instagram messenger to reschedule or refund. No message + no show = no refund.
